System Watch Program (SWP)

The Triconex System Watch Program (SWP) is a premier Customer Support plan that provides Customer Support services free or at significant discounts for systems that are within the standard Triconex 10-year support time frame. The program is purchased for a minimum ofone year and must include all Triconex systems1 at your facility. Benefits include:

  • Helps customer meet OSHA 1910 requirements
  • Free overnight advance replacement of failed hardware components
  • One (1) free On-Site Maintenance Training Class and certification for a maximum of six (6) students per year
  • Free 24-hour-per-day telephone support
  • Discounted pricing for Extended Warranty and Upgrade Programs
  • Emergency On-Site support with no Emergency Support Fee incurred
  • Discounted pricing for On-Site support
  • Discounted Pricing for Out-of-Production hardware components
  • Reduced rates for leasing of Triconex hardware on a short-term basis
  • Annual On-Site Inspection, Review and Certification of customers Triconex system(s)2
  • One (1) free system Maintenance or Configuration evaluation per system, per year

1All equipment not currently under Triconex warranty requires inspection by Triconex and may need to be brought to an acceptable operating condition at the Customer’s expense prior to the commencement of the program. Although Triconex sells some third-party products, only those products designed and manufactured by Triconex are covered by the SWP plan.
