TS160 - Compressor Surge Control

The Triconex TS160 provides unmatched value in compressor surge control systems. Turbosentry - Overspeed Trip System

The TurboSentry provides overspeed trip protection for rotating equipment and is an excellent replacement for unreliable mechanical overspeed devices. The TurboSentry is a two-out-of-three voting overspeed trip device that monitors three speed signals and will trip the turbine if two of the three speed signals are above the overspeed trip setpoint.

TS110 - Self-Powered Governor

The TS110 is a self-powered electronic governor. A 9V battery provides enough power to the integral I/P converter to initially open the steam control valve. Once the turbine is running, the speed probes provide speed measurement and enough voltage to continue powering the TS110. The TS110 allows for replacement of hydro-mechanical governors on remote location steam turbines where external power may not be readily available.

310SV - One-Valve Steam Turbine Control

The 310SV is a configurable controller that provides automatic startup sequencing, speed control, and process control for a one-valve steam turbine driving a mechanical load (e.g. pump, fan, compressor). A powerful PC configurator application allows the user to choose from a wide selection of control options to match the turbine operational requirements.

TS3410 - Upgrade for TS410 Steam Turbine Control

The TS3410 is a specially packaged Tricon triple modular redundant (TMR) controller designed to replace your TS-410 with minimal expense and down time. No other system available in the turbomachinery control market can match Triconex's features for providing a cost-effective, reliable, and available control system upgrade. Most conversions can be accomplished in a minimum of turbine down time.

TS3420 - Configurable TMR Steam Turbine Control System

The TS3420 is a configurable steam turbine controller that utilizes proven Tricon V9 TMR fault tolerant hardware for the control system platform. The system uses two-out-of-three voting to provide high-integrity, error-free, uninterrupted process operation with no single point of failure within the controller chassis.

The TS3420 provides automatic startup sequencing, speed control, and process control for one-valve and two-valve steam turbines. Two-valve configuration allows control of extraction and/or induction applications. The TS3420 has a number of control features that allow it to protect and control both the turbine and the driven equipment.
